The Geezer Hockey League
invites you to the 6 th annual
2010 Fathers of Time Charity Hockey Tournament

There will be SIX divisions with TWO age brackets:

ENTRY FEE     $950.00  
In order to make this easier for team reps, your initial payment of $300.00 will be the required entry fee along with a roster of at least 10 skaters and a goalie.

Final date to enter is March 15, 2010. The remaining $650.00 will be due anytime before your first game.

SPONSOR A DIVISION for $200.00 goes to charity.

INDIVIDUALS will pay $75.00 and be placed on a team when possible.

Local teams should be prepared to play on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

PLAYER REGISTRATION and CHECK IN and GIFTS
All players must sign in with photo ID before their first game and pick up their welcoming gift.  You must be division age before Jan 1, 2011

GAME FORMAT
Each team will play three games. The top two teams in each division will play for the championship.  Champions will receive a winners’ gift.

RULES
Slap shots in ALL divisions
No checking or rough play
No Red Line
Fighting=DQ
3 penalties by one player per game=DQ
Each period will be 12 minutes
No overtime in round robin
A complete set of rules will be given to each team Captain on game day.
Players may play for only one team.

TEAM PHOTO
Immediately before your first face off team photos will be taken.
Photos will be emailed to your team Captain.

FOOD
The Skate Side Grill will be open during All games.

HOCKEY SODA
Most everyone who has played in these tournaments has an FOT MUG.  Bring your FOT sanctioned MUG for FREE BEER all weekend.

If you do not have a MUG they will be on sale for 10.00 each.

ACTIVITIES   
Lehigh Valley is a beautiful area with many sites.  Such as:
Arena Football
Minor League Baseball
Dorney Park
Lost Caverns
Golf and Dinner at Morgan Hill will also be available.
The Sands Casino is now open and ready for your business located 1/4 mile from rink.
During the day we will be raffling off several pieces of merchandise which we know you will enjoy. All raffle winners will be picked at 5 PM on Saturday. If you are not present we will send you your winnings.

Hotels, Restaurants and other information will be sent on request.
